The Mercer Law Review is pleased to announce that we are currently accepting submissions for the Lead Articles Edition, Articles Edition, and Eleventh Circuit Survey for Volume 77 of the Mercer Law Review. The Mercer Law Review is the oldest continually published law review in the State of Georgia.
Lead Articles Edition
This year’s Lead Articles Edition will focus on Constitutional Law. We welcome scholarship that engages with historical, contemporary, and emerging issues in constitutional interpretation.
Articles Edition
The Articles Edition of Volume 77 aims to feature scholarship that is timely, well-reasoned, and impactful. While the Articles Editions will not center around a specific theme, and we welcome submissions on all topics; topics of particular interest include:
- Antitrust
- Artificial Intelligence
- Civil Rights
- Corporate
- Data Privacy and Security
- Entertainment Law
- Foreign Investment
- International Law
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity
- Psychology and Law
- Securities
- Venture Capital/Emerging Companies
- White Collar Crime
This list is non-exclusive, and we encourage submissions on other topics as well.
Eleventh Circuit Survey
This year's Eleventh Circuit Survey seeks to highlight cutting-edge and relevant legal developments within the Eleventh Circuit. We are especially interested in publishing scholarship that focuses on Intellectual Property Law. However, we also welcome proposals and submissions on other emerging or high-impact areas within the Eleventh Circuit.
All submissions should be submitted in Word format. The Mercer Law Review does not accept student submissions. Submissions will be accepted until August 15, 2025. Final drafts will be due in September 2025. We anticipate that accepted submissions will be published in Spring 2025. Please submit an abstract, article, and CV or resume either through Scholastica or to lawreview@law.mercer.edu.
